Who Will Get Tevez?

Filed under: English Premier League — Chole @ 4:07 am

tevezmagnusson_jm_g.jpgThe news that Carlos Tevez has rejected a move to Inter Milan was a huge relief for Premiership fans, knowing that he has set his sights on staying in the Premier League.

It is understood that Tevez has also turned down a second , unnamed Italian club within the last 10 days for the same reason.

Now, four Premiership clubs have registered an interest in signing Carlos Tevez, with West Ham, where Tevez made such an impact last season, are one of the four clubs hoping to strike a deal for the 23 year old. Tevez has also been linked to Manchester United, Arenal and Liverpool.

But with Fernando Torres on the verge of joining Liverpool and Arsenal may not be the best prospect to join now, both Manchester United and West Ham may have the upper hand in this deal.

Nevertheless, it would be interesting to see whether United are really chasing Tevez as he is too similar to Wayne Rooney but at just 23 years old, Tevez would be an asset to any club, a prospect that United may not want to miss.

  1. Man Utd would be the best club for tevez to go, but i wouldn’t be suprised if he stays at West Ham.

  2. Man Utd need a goal poacher, like van Nstelrooy type, Torres is going to Liverpool, Klose already joined Bayern, so not many candidates left. i doubt they will sign tevez.
