EPL Need More ‘Showboating’ Players

I simply don’t understand the fuss about Nani alleged showboating during the 4-0 rout of Arsenal. To be frank, I simply loved it and I wish that EPL have more players that have the skills to showboat.

Yepp, it’s all about the skills and the technical abilities which are often associated to Brazilian players. Robinho ‘pedaladas’ or dribbles was often said to be showboating but it is actually showmanship and skills. Not many players can do that.In fact, when Cristiano Ronaldo joined Manchester United, he will simply do the ‘pedaladas’ whenever he can and somehow it has toned down.

Fans need entertainment and not many players can provide that individually like Ronaldo, Nani or Rooney. Can you even remember anybody done it - running with the ball while juggling it masterfully between feet, knees and head ? If you are good enough, then why not ? For me, please do more showboating Nani…we just needed that.

football is all about showing skills and talent, i dont see the harm to have a bit of fun if 4-0 up…

  2. Arsene Wenger probably humiliated by Nani ’showboat’, i can understand that. But why Sir Alex complaining ? Did he ever asked Giggs no to dribble?
